wrist pain advice?

I messed up and I need help...

So I had a 3 day weekend and I decided to spend all of that time crocheting. Well, yesterday I was working on making a pair of crocheted converse and noticed my wrists were hurting. I said “i’ll do 1 more row, then stop!”, and I did that row, but my wrists stopped hurting, so I kept going! It turns out they must have just gone numb because this morning I woke up and I can’t crochet without it hurting a lot. This is a really big problem for me because I usually crochet at LEAST 30mins a day, and…
