Hey people!
As the title says- I got a yarn haul! My neighborhood set up a community yard sale with like 24 houses participating, which means… YARN!!!
After the yard sale, we donated all our leftover stuff to the thrift store, and of course I went to the yarn aisle to peruse my options and then got even more yarn :3
I have ideas for some of them, feel free to give me more!
If you can’t read the labels the brands are: (starting from top right if you pretend that the image is rotated right lol) Glitter Delight from Hobbi, mohair with no label, Lion’s Pride Woolspun, no label gray, no label fluffy ish white, Lion Brand Re-Up in lilac, lime, and red, Loops and Threads Capri Eco Cotton in gray and white, no label sparkly green, and some cute heart stitch markers with 3 tension rings!

The mohair no label can be used to make scrubbies if you have scrubbie rough yarn.

hmm, I feel like it would get soggy and stay in the fibers and not dry well, but I could use the cotton yarns for that because cotton is good for scrubbies!

Our friends had a big yard sale and let me put stuff in there. I had 11 large plastic totes/tubs of yarn in and various other things.

That’s not even 1/2 of the yarn I need to get rid of. I’ve been crocheting for 45 years now and my stash proves it. But I’m getting ready to move into senior living, and can’t take it all with me.

I hear ya, I’ve some in storage, and probably 20 bins in the apartment, along with baskets, pegboard wall, and cubbies.
