Ooo fun! One thing that sells really well at my markets are little Pocket pals I call them just tiny cute crochet toys that fit in your pocket, and then you should make some Positive potatoes and positive pickles people love those 
What yarn do you have exactly? Different yarn types = different types of projects in my opinion…
