Try looking at some palettes and see if you can come up with color combos for let’s say bunnies puppies kitties.

With the posh purl and the chenille yarn scraps you could use studiopheobe22’s free dino pattern? The pattern is on instagram but you can just access it by searching it up and pressing on the link.
I made one last night and took some pics today (btw I just freehanded the spikes).
You can also use crochetbygenna’s no sew dragon pattern! There is a free tutorial on youtube. I have personally never made it before but I think the colours that you have would look cute as a dragon.
You could also make some hearts for valentines?

Make a granny square blanket of many colors with all the fuzzy yarns, and some amigurimi with the half- used balls. Not huge projects, just stuff that will eat up your stash.
