I want to get a nicer wooden yarn winder cause the plastic ones always break on me easy. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for ones that they’ve used, thanks
Commenting so I can use the suggestions
I have one from hobbii that works really well. It is plastic but it’s pretty sturdy
I don’t have a wood one because they’re so pricey
This is the one I have Amazon.com
It’s been over a year of me using it (almost daily and not so nicely) and I’ve had no problems with it! Just an idea!
It works with all types of yarn (bulky as well ofc)
And makes big cakes!
I’ve heard good things about this one, maybe I’ll try it out before spending so much on another
I have a plastic one, but it hasn’t broken yet (had it for like a year) twenty bucks on Amazon!
I have used a Stanwood large metal 10 oz one for over 6 years. Spend the money and get it. It makes larger cakes too with bulky yarn. Amazon.com
I got the smaller version of that one and it works amazing I think it’s $25
I needed one for bulky yarn so I spent more. Glad I did now. I love it.
That’s the one I have too and it has worked well for me so far.
I have this one as well and so far it’s held up fine. I’m a bit rough with it but it hasn’t broken yet lol
Def gonna go with that one then, I crank those like there’s no tmr
