This is mine. Itās a cheap one. Its kinda loud and wobbles a little but I spent hours going through reviews trying to find a cheap one that would actually fit an entire skein (after having to return a horribly made tiny one) and this one does that for me!

Yeah, I also have a yarn bowl - but even then my balls tended to jump out when getting small, or slightly stuck when it got just the size of the bottom

Very nice that you wash them all! There arenāt that much foot traffic by the craft shelves here, so lucky me :) Idk how you wash them, but I bind the yarn up over a tray so you get a big oval when pulling it off, then tie them up with threads around the top and bottom bends, and then wash them (somewhat like I imagine hand-dyers do with their yarns); then itās almost never a hassle or a tangle when itās time to cake it up

I completely relate to the ball jumping and getting stuck 
, also I just usually stick the whole skien in a pillow case with like 3 or 4 others then knot the pillowcase pretty snuggly so the skiens cant move to much.
