I didn’t realize that I definitely got lucky but have almost 300 followers and my free beanie pattern also has almost 300 people who have it in their wishlist (it blew up as soon as I uploaded it)! I don’t have many patterns up yet but I think in the meantime I’ll work on a colorwork pattern and it’ll be for free once I hit 300 followers !
Also I was wondering, if I find a grid pattern online and then I write out the steps to make it, can I sell it still or would it have to be free because I didn’t make the grid?
