I’ve got round the stitch marker thing as since I started ive kept a stitch marker in a link of whatever bracelet I’m wearing. So now I got some cute ones that look like actual charms as the plastic ones just wasn’t the vibe

You aren’t a real crocheter until you lose a needle, look absolutely everywhere for it, can’t find it so give up and then find it 1 week/month later!

Yeah but when you decide to play, its you taking your chances to see if you will have enough yarn, or run out. Its very stressful…

Better yet, your partner finds it, when they sit on it.

When you aren’t sure you have enough yarn for the project, but instead of weighing it to check, you just try to make the project anyway, without buying more

You’re not a real crocheter until you go to a craft store , buy a bunch of yarn, and then the very next day you dont have the 1 yarn you need.

Why you gotta call me out like this? I’m just here to have a good time, and I’m honestly feeling so attacked right now! lol

Thank you but not really. Ive spent years with my sewing pins stuck in my clothes as my aunt was a dress maker and always told me if you always need something when your making keep it close by.

I think thats why I did it. Now I have multi coloured ā€œcharmsā€ on my bracelet

Your not a real crocheter until your cat  gets into your sisters yarn that she doesn’t use and you have to clean it up bc your sister doesn’t help.:upside_down_face:

I know it’s been a minute since you posted this but I just did it and thought of this post, you’re not a crocheter until at least one of your stitch markers goes through the wash

You’re not a real crocheter until you’ve sent your mom to hobby lobby to get yarn, sent her screenshots if the specific yarn and how to read a yarn label, and she comes home with a completely different skein!! I just have her pick up my orders now lol

Find little pieces of yarn that stick to your slippers or socks ALL over the house..

I tend to only crochet in one room, but I’m always finding them everywhere.

I’ve done that twice this week and my hair is not even long. No idea how it gets itself in there. LOL
