You're not a real crocheter until

SCARY BUT YES

Presuming of course that you still have a mom. I’m 70 now so no longer have one. She wasn’t even around at the time I started crochet a few years ago.

BUT, all that aside, I know exactly what you mean all the same. If I send my husband out to do the groceries alone with a shopping list, you never know what he’ll come back with.

Sometimes things I’ve even heard of before. Happens every time. Which I guess makes sense when you’re really into something and the other person knows next to nothing about it. LOL

Yep, he doesnt go alone to buy groceries anymore. Now we always go together. :slightly_smiling_face:

Definitely done 1, 3 and 7.

I used to get some real wrist AND also shoulder cramps until I heard somewhere to set a timer for 50 minutes to an hour when you start to crochet. When it rings take a 15 minute break.

I learn to never work longer than an hour straight. Often I stop in 45 minutes

Also if I’m working on something heavy, I put my little doughnut pillow around my waist so the work can rest on it. And I don’t have to lift too much weight

And I haven’t had those cramps since starting all that.
