It no longer opens the app.
It makes the loading bar on the top of the screen pop up, but it never actually loads.
This only started happening recently

But you can copy links from YouTube like you did for your post, and you can also copy links from the YouTube page ribblr takes you to.
It’s just the open app button that doesn’t work
Where have you seen this video? YouTube is embedded into Ribblr so any button within the video is actually operated by Google who own YouTube.
I dunno, I just clicked on it and it works.
