Acrylic or Chenille?

I have seen A LOT of patterns in the testing zone lately that are all made out of acrylic, which is not bad. But I am curious what you guys think!

Depends on what you are making, if you want more stitch definition. But i do prefer chenille for most things- especially non clothing

My acrylic yarn is really scratchy, so definitely chenille for me!
