Ad-break not working?

Anyone else unable to play any gem ads lately? I’m not sure if this is a bug or something else. I was traveling when it started, and I figured it was just my spotty Internet access at the time, but now that I’m back home, the problem persists. No matter how many times I press the button or refresh the page, no ads will play for me to earn gems. Pretty disappointing as it’s now been several days of missing out. @ribblr-support, is there anything I can do?

Glwt! It’s not been happening to me

It might be a problem with your internet though!

I have been having the same problem! P.S. I moved this to the support space for you!

The only consistent factor has been my phone, and I don’t have internet issues except for with the ads. I’ve been on too many different wifi networks lately for it to be that. You’d think at least one of them would’ve worked, if it was a network problem. :woman_shrugging:t2:

Glad (sorta) that it’s not just me! Sorry you’re dealing with it too. Thanks for moving the post to the right space.

No problem!

It is working.

You’ve just watched all the ads currently available. You now have to wait for new ads to be added.

lots of times ribblr doesnt have any adds for you to watch!

I know we get 15 a day. It’s now been several days where I’ve had none whatsoever.

That’s because you’ve watched all the ads currently available.

When new ads become available you’ll be able to watch them and earn gems.

I’ve never been able to do that. Everytime I try it says that there are no ads available

It depends on what country you’re in also.

Some places don’t have any ads available to watch. :sad_but_relieved_face:

Ads are localized and device-specific, so availability can vary depending on your location and whether you’re using a mobile device, tablet, or desktop. Mobile devices generally have more ad availability than computers. If ads aren’t currently available for your location or device, there unfortunately won’t be an ad available to claim a gem from.

Thanks. I’m in the US and on my phone, so I guess it seems weird that ads would just run out, ya know? Not like there’s any shortage of them in the world. To me it seems like it would be some issue with Ribblr’s ad provider or something along those lines. Stinks that it looks like Ad-break is available when it’s not. I appreciate the response though!

There might be no ads in where you live, the same prob happened with me, here’s my post on it - Gemmmmsss, the credit to my answer is to @SugarSTUDIO and @ribblr-support!!(sorry you didn’t want to be tagged…)

Thanks, I just read through your post. Problem is I usually do have ads available in my area and I’m only ever on the app, not a browser. I lost my ads while traveling on vacation and thought that might be the problem, but I’m back home and still don’t have any ads to watch. It’s looking like I’ll just have to keep trying from time to time and hope they come back eventually. Thanks though!

Sounds weird, but, sometimes mine says no ads available. Mostly if I look away from an ad and forget about it. But, if I push get ad anyway, one comes up. Something like that anyway. Been a while. Might be worth a try.

I have done that, yes. When I know ads are working but it’s being stubborn, I just keep pressing the button until I get one.

Lately, I’ve just kept trying in the hopes they’d come back soon, and luckily the last two days or so, I’ve been able to play ads again. :raising_hands:t3::gem_stone:
