Have you checked her mouth? She may have eaten something blue and then licked her paw.

I should mention - long ago I had a Siamese mix who was fond of chewing on unattended Bic pens. She would often wind up with weird blue/black/red coloring on her paws, lol

Nothing that I could see. I did wash it with some soap (pet friendly ofc) and it’s just a bit stained rn
