Hi,
I’ve seen that patterns are automatically translated from US to UK, but as a french person, i was wondering if i should make a french version of my patterns?
Do some of you who speak multiple language, do you make multiple versions for the different language ?
I know that Ribblr has done some work on Spanish (We're launching a beta for our Spanish auto-translator! 💜) and I seem to recall there was talk about other languages. However, I don’t know where they are in the process. There definitely are French speakers here though! 
As to offering both languages, I do know of at least one shop that does that (Spanish and English):
Currently, we don’t have support for patterns in French. You can publish patterns in English (UK or US terms) or Spanish (Spain or Latin America). We do plan to add support for more languages in the future.
