iām really wanting to get more books tehe and i have some questions for my fellow book girlies out there!
is the Inheritance Games clean? (ex: no cussing, no romance only cus iām not allowed to read romance) iāve been hearing a lot about it and wanna look into it.
what is the story of Caraval? i looked it up but it wasnāt helpful and i didnāt get it so help meee
for the christian book girlies what are some christian authors that you like? iāve heard of Melanie Dickerson but iām not allowed to read ANY romance sooo tehe yeah
I didnāt read any of those books you wanted to know about so I canāt help you with that but for the Christian book u should check the Sheena Meyer series itās a good book!!! Itās by L B Anne

before I describe caraval, js want to say there is quite a bit of romance. Donāt know abt profanity, but the romance is an important part of the plot.
Js if anyone else was curious, Caraval is basically abt this girl who sent letters to this magical guy named Legend who owns an exclusive and magical circus/carnival called Caraval bc she wanted to go w/ her younger sister, and one yr she finally gets an invite to go. When she gets there, it turns into a sort of āgameā where the winner gets a free wish from Legend, but somewhere in the chaos, Legend kidnaps her sister. Stuff happens, she realizes that Caraval may be actually dangerous, and yeah. This is as much as I could remember so itās a messy explanation
The inheritance games does have quite a bit of romance as itās an important part of the plot (itās a love triangle between MC and the hawthornes), nothing very explicit from what I remember but itās always good to stay cautious. I just got caraval and yea it has romance from what Iāve heard abt it.
Ok, so I read the first book of The Inheritance Games, no outright cussing BUT one of the mcs friends is always texting her made up cuss words like duck for the f word, carp for the c wordā¦ so on.
Also, idk if you read books with lgbtq characters but this has them and they are more prominent in later books in the series as well.
Romance too, yes.
I love Janette Oke, Colleen Coble, and Francine Rivers as Christian authors!
Also, I heard of this one Christian fantasy a while back called The Size of A Mustard Seed, I have yet to read it but it sounded good!
Also, pretty sure Caraval has romance.
