Welcome to another cat of the day! Today’s cat is….
This one!! (I can’t tell you bc that would be cheating

The first members of this breed were brought over from Ethiopia to London to be exhibited. Once hidden in the shadows, this cat has now ranked top 5 of cat breeds since 2016. Their fur is very smooth, and they have been compared to human models. Personality-wise, they are very curious and playful, always enjoying a puzzling game. They are not lap cats, and are also very active. The first time one of these cats was documented was 1834-36 when it was bought. The first case of domestication for this breed when Lt. General Sir Robert Napier in 1868 who had just returned to London from a war with his cat who was named Zula and soon won a award after they returned. Many experts do say that in a painting made of Zula her ears were too small to be that breed and so that didn’t count.
This breed was almost wiped out after WW2 due to the feline leukaemia virus, but the cats were shipped off to new locations such as holland and the United States so that they weren’t eradicated.
Good luck guessing! This one was especially fun to write about!
