so, my family is getting chickens tomorrow!! they’re gonna be in that stage between big chicken and chick. so i need ur help deciding a name! i want it to reflect my personality so keep that in mind while voting!!

  • Ami (short for amigurumi)
  • Chaofeng (my story time girlies know where its at!!)
  • Newfie (one of my fave dog breeds)
  • Shepherd (australian shepherd, another of my fave breeds)
  • Heeler (blue heeler, another fave breed)
  • other (anything u feel describes me better, put in comments)

UR GETTING CHICKENS??? I’ve wanted chickens my whole life! My parents always say ‘when we buy some land,’ and that someday they’ll have a house with a couple chickens. Anyway, I love Ami!

Cool! I like the idea of Ami. We have had chickens in the past, but they just got to be too much but my mom wants to get more now. I had one named Lemon Pie (it was a lemon pyle brahma, i think thats how its spelled) and i used to be obsessed with super long place names and I would like memorize how to say them so I named on Taumi, short for Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu(which I can actually say!). Also my sister nicknamed one Barbie because it was a brabanter. We’ve had our fun with chickens :blush:

SUCH CUTE NAMES!! I have about 40 chickens, 13 ducks, 7 geese and a turkey! :turkey:
