So true ![]()
Haha, it is so true. That is why tiny things can be fun. For kids I have really enjoyed crocheting their favorite animal. For animal lovers I have made pet portraits.
I have some cute tiny, no sew animal patterns that are fun for just such a situation.
This is a pony I made to look like my friends horse.
This is so relatable ![]()

I kinda have 16 people I needa make gifts for…
But WHY does it have to be amigurumu!! My fingers hurt!

Haha, I think crochet is great because I don’t get sore from it. I did a bunch of horse hair hitching during COVID, and I would get soooo many blisters, so I would just put super glue and bandaids over my blisters and keep going. And I needle felt sometimes… it is only a matter of time when needle felting that I poke myself. So when my fingers are too sore from the other things, I crochet.
That’s why I’m trying to learn Tunisian Crochet. I’ve a whole book on Tunisian toys!
I want to learn Tunisian crochet because I think it would make cool belts!
It’s so hard to switch from the *tight * stitches to the looser ones on Tunisian.
Would it help to use a larger crochet hook for the size of yarn?
Nope! I tried a P hook with worsted !
Awe, too bad. It is good to be able to adjust your tension, instead of only having one default though.
Haha
