Hi everyone! 2025 has been a year of progress for me with watercolor, gouache, baking, and of course, crochet! I hope you all have a wonderful new year!
Thank you to @Elaya for inspiring this post!
Here are my favorite things I made this year!
April
I made this guy for a fundraiser, and sold it. I was super happy with it since I free-handed it!
May
Some family came to visit, and my little cousin was obsessed with my goose I had made, so I made her a smaller one to take home! The card, I made for Mother’s day!
July
I couldn’t choose between these two, because I love them both so much!
And these I made at camp, and loved how they turned out!
August
I had my first market in August, and thankfully it went super well! Thank you so much to @craftycellist for the advice of making a showstopper piece! I made a giant stingray, and it even sold!
September
Someone from church order a bunch of things from me, but my favorite was this little avocado! I also took a pretty picture on a hike in Mount Rainier National Park.
October
The chickens were another custom order for someone from church! I had a lot of fun with them and made them all in in one day!
December
I got a gouache paint set, and I love it so much! This was my first “official” painting that I made!
This is a cake I made for my brother’s birthday. It was aviation themed, so I made a sky cake, and he made some picks to stick in it!
This was another custom order of a barn owl.
I also finished a HUGE order of three dog and three loaf cats, but I don’t have a good photo of them all together.
Wishing you all a wonderful craft-filled 2026!
