Crochet Comebacks!

Crochet Comebacks! Welp i’m bored. I was just laying in my bed staring at my ceiling thinking about my crazy schedule and then i had an idea.
Some of my parents friends children are coming over tomorrow and they’re all boys… Which would usually be fine but these ones are, well, not the nicest. They haven’t come over in a while and once they see my bedroom (with all the yarn and plushies and yeah well everything) i’m a little afraid that one of them might make fun of it (he’s around my age) and possibly ruin it. Why i’m afraid he might do this is because usually he’s not very nice to me and my sisters (once he almost punted one of their dolls), so when he comes and sees my “grandma” hobby, things might not go so well. So i came and reached out to you guys! I need comeback ideas to defend myself and all crochet lovers!
Comeback ideas:
I have a crochet business
I make money?
The plushies are adorable?

See this is exactly why i need YOUR help. So pls can you guys give a scenario and make a comeback? Nothing like mean, but something that like gives a point idk. :face_with_peeking_eye:

“Well at least I have the brains and creativity for this. You probably just brag about football and other weird dude stuff all day.”

Was that too harsh?

i don’t really know this type of stuff :sob: I’m like the shyest person ever :sob:

But smth similar to this happened to me too. My parents friends have two daughters and we lived in the same building for a year so I was forced to become friends with them even though I didn’t like them.

When I shifted this year, they came to visit me. My room is like packed with crochet amigurumi probably like 30-40. When they came into my room they literally started throwing all of them at each other like a it’s was a ‘pillow fight’ i tried to stop them but they were ignoring me :sob:

The result was 30 amigurumi lying all across my house with some of their parts (caps, legs, tails) pulled off :sob::sob: They acted like that was normal :sob: I wanted to scream at them for that and wasting my time when I had a 320 marks exam tomorrow that they knew about, but I’m like so shy and didn’t wanna be mean to them so i didnt :(

The same thing happened the last time they visited too but thankfully I had only like 10 so it wasn’t too messy.

Keep in mind they crochet too, and while they are still beginners having made only like one amigurumi they should understand!

evan maybe? but i just don’t think that that is his character. i was thinking of one of the bowmans, but i don’t think that they are in town.

His character :face_with_hand_over_mouth:? Well anyways it’s not Evan :joy: and it’s definitely not the Bowmans. They used to go to our church but they don’t go anymore.
