I went to buy yarn today and I bought from both DAISO and the Dollar store. (Hot or Red Dollar)
Here is the comparison (DAISO yarn $3.30 per ball but could be cheaper in Japan, Dollar Store Yarn $7 per ball)
Dollar Store Yarn above: very large, multicolour, acrylic and for 6.5mm hooks (I have no such hook oof)
DAISO yarn: small and single colour (I barely have any single colour yarns except a few that I bought from Kmart at about $4.50 a long time ago) and also has 2 different hooks, 5mm and 7mm, I bought the 7mm one
DAISO is more for knitting and embroidery and I also bought a 2026 planner from the Dollar Store
*Does anyone know if I can put this both in yarn wiki and Aussie crafters???
