Itās not a bad picture! And way to go!!! Itās such a satisfying feeling to 1.) Finish a project and 2.) Use up that yarn thatās old enough to vote (joking ofc but ykwim)! Idk if planned or just what you were trying to use up, but the colors are awesome on this, btw!

I was working on trying to reduce the amount of acyclic dk yarn i have. Its not my favourite for making much of anything but i seem to have lots and the balls take up a lot of space. I started making a coin purse (whakeshark) but at the kast moment, as i was just about to sew in the ourse clasp, my daughter announced she actually wanted stuffing in it. Its jots neither a great whaleshark not a wearable 
Luckily someone suggested i make a strawberry bag pattern so im doubling it up )so it pretends to be really thick yarn) and an rather naughty and using both ends of the ball at once!

So some updates with some bad and good news First hereās my first comment with my info all in the summary for those interested

My goal(s): To finish the WIP and/or finish the skeins for this WIP

Yarn(s): Lion Brand - Boogie Nights in High Roller (3 skeins)
Iām still on the first skein. Itās hard to capture the color of the yarn, but it does feel soft, this yarn is solely for the WIP so hopefully itās the exact amount! Or at the very least whateverās leftover is enough to make something else
Needles: Using Susan Bates circular knitting needles US 11/8.0mm - 24 inch/61 cm
Iāll for sure update when I finish the shawl or at the end of the week, maybe when I finish a skein and show some progress to see how far along that skein went
So bad news: Iāve been a bit under the weather so I havenāt done as much as I would like and I actually spent almost the entire day trying to go through one of the skeins since it was a tangled, knotted mess 
I ended up having to cut some of the yarn and knot them back together since it was starting to get a bit thin with all the moving to untie it
The good news!! I actually thought I was on my 1st skein of three turns out it was actually my second skein! I just finished it so Iām on my third and last skein! I managed to untie all the knots and cake it up so while I will have to weave in the ends of the knots itāll be smooth sailing! And while it is a bit thinner (not much) it does mean itās a bit longer now too lol 
I also tested a pattern yesterday and finished one skein of unused chenille yarn that I planned to destash so thatās good! Since the wearable prompt ends tomorrow Iāll probably share the final photo at the end of the day, hopefully I can finish it today or tomorrow! Really want my knitting needles back lol 
Also I love reading and seeing what everyone else is up too!

Welp, I spent my first week sick in bed and mostly asleep. Moving on to week 2, Iāll be making a basket out of some yarn in a color blend I like, but with a feel I detest lol

Just popping in to say that the second Iāve run through my stash of this horrid yarn I am NEVER buying Super Saver again lol
I know plenty of people like it, but it hits my sensory issue buttons like lightning.
