Ok yes so I was crocheting something and this lady walked by and asked what are you kitting? And I say a bunny even though I was crocheting a bunny and crochet and knitting are two different things
A couple of years ago this boy in my class ask āwhat are you knitting???ā I crashed out at him so hard heās never going to confuse the two ever again 
Poor kid, he didnāt know?
Letās all take a moment to address how serious this matter is. Over several hundred cases of shock have been reported over the last year and we need to stop this tremendous situation. What c you do to helpā¦ Remind all of your friends and family what crochet is and give them regular lessons on how to decipher crochet from knitting.

I have this friend who is like: Can you knit something for me???
Me: Itās crotchetā¦
And the friend says it a lot
Like: Oh, I love your knitting!
heck yeah
and then i say āitās actually crochetā and then they say āitās basically the same thing, you probably do both anyways, so it doesnāt matterā.

yeah, or they see you crocheting and they ask for you to make them something and you tell them itās gonna cost money and they say OK and then you tell them how much depending on what it is especially clothing and theyāre like wait that much. Iām like yeah it takes time. I have to buy the pattern you want. I have to buy the yarn and I have to buy other things for it depending on what it is and then theyāre like oh never mind and then you feel really awkward or theyāre like OK Iāll just go buy it at the store then and they just leave you there so awkward.
Oh, yeah itās so awkward.
OMG, you just wrote my entire school life in one paragraph the second a kid sees my stuff.
Iāll tell you them no you donāt want to buy it. Iām certain youāre not that kind of buyer- Iām looking for a buyer who wants to take home unique pieces of ART.
