Leigh Bardugo’s books!!
Specifically Six of Crows and Crooked Kingdom, but I would read the Shadow and Bone trilogy first since they happen first in that timeline. After that you can read King of Scars and Rule of Wolves, then some extras like The Lives of the Saints, Language of Thorns, and Demon in the Wood. (At least I think that’s what they’re called)
I’m reading book 2 of Caraval rn too (Legendary) and it’s good so far. I think I’m more invested in the world than the story though.
I’d give Caraval a 3.5/5 so far and six of crows a 5/5

Wings of fire (this one is a more of a 10-12yo ish read so a little young but still cool)

If you like dystopian sort of things I recommed The Lunar Chronicals starting with Cinder, it’s like futuristic sort of twists on fairytales.
I’m currently reading the Darkest Minds series which is pretty good.
I think someone’s already said this but Leigh Bardugo’s books, definitely read them in order as I didn’t and it spoiled some things
