I came across this image recently and was really surprised

We usually only know about the dragon, but look at this whole array of creatures 
!
The more legs and wings a creature has, the higher its rank!
That’s probably why we’re more familiar with the highest-ranked of them all: the dragon 
!
But why not create some other versions, just for a change

I have heard of Drakes, Wyverns, and Wyrms, but didnt know about the tiers. This is really cool!

Not to be the resident dragon nerd but this is actually lwk controversial. People have different ways of grouping dragons and others say it’s pointless because dragons are mythical creatures anyway.
I’d say that dragons would be kinda like the family or genus and wyrms and wyverns for example would be species, i mostly agree with Subjectively on matters of dragons so if you wanna know my opinions they mostly align with his. If you’re interested check him out!
