Who is your favorite author? They can be a graphic novel, novel, poetry, really doesn’t matter.

I would say mine is… Katie O’niell. She wrote the tea dragon society, and i just love her style of art

Let’s see. There are LOADS of books I love but I think for now I will just list series of books so reading this list doesn’t go on til 2094

Let’s start with the obvious book: the Bible! Over the summer I plan to read more and get closer to God!

Raina Telgameier! I loved smile, guts, sisters, and the cartoonists club (I plan to read many more of her books!)

Sarah Mylanowski (I hope I spelled that right) she writes the whatever after series and I have read all but 2 of them! I need to get 3-4 more and then I finish the collection of the series!!

Ursula Vernon. She writes the hamster princess and Danny dragon breath! I love these books so much :grin: I haven’t read too many Danny dragon breath books yet but I plan to! I have read all of the hamster princess books and I 100% recommend it!!!

Dana simpson! She writes Phoebe and her unicorn and I love the books/comics so much!

Ben clanton. Author of narwhal and jelly. D-do I have to say more? They are THE BEST you MUST read!!!

Jeff Kinney: auther of diary of a wimpy kid. I love these books so much! I have read all and only need 3-4 more to finish my collection so far!

I haven’t read these next 2 in a while but they are awesome books!

Tom Watson: author of stick dog and cat dog! My brother read these books so then I would steal er I mean :sparkles: borrow :sparkles: them to read! Funny books and a great read!

Linda Chapman: author of Star friends. I only read two and it was a bit ago but they are great! I kinda wanna read them again now…

Uhhhhh I know I said I would only do series but there are like a million more that cannot go without mention

R.J. Palacio. She writes the wonder books. We read wonder in school and I have read a couple more since! Great book :blush: :+1:

Louis Sachar: author of holes. We had to read this book for school. I was unsure about it at first but quickly turned to love it!!! I also feel that the movie is pretty good!

Dan Gemeinhart: author of the remarkable journey of Coyote Sunrise. There are two books but so far I have only read one. IT WAS GREAT! you must read it or at least a summary!!!

These next two books are more obscure I think so let me know if you read them!

Stephanie Watson: author of Elvis and Olive. I found this book for free at a yard sale and it is an awesome book! I would definitely recommend reading it or even just a summary!

Christina Farley: author of the princess and the page. Not even sure where I got this one and I read it about a year ago but it was very good! :grin:

Over all I don’t think I have a favorite author just because of the huge variety of generas. I hope I have you some books to read!

I love reading classical literature cause it makes me feel smart so..

  1. George Orwell - He wrote 1984 and animal farm (my favourite books)
  2. Franz Kafka - He wrote metamorphosis (such a weird book but so fun to read) and the castle!
  3. James Baldwin - My favourite book of his is Giovanni’s room

I could list more but this would be an hour long essay :sob:

Thomas Taylor is my all time fave, he wrote The Eerie On Sea Mysteries and they are soooo good! :star_struck:
