My mom sometimes buys a pork leg, makes a huge hole, and fills it with chorizo and olives and capers. It’s SO GOOD. It doesn’t need much seasonings because of all of the flavor from the chorizo and capers. I hate turkey, and prefer black forest over honey ham. My favorite traditional side is either mashed potatoes or homemade stuffing.
