A friend gave me some sourdough starter and I baked this loaf today. Turned out so beautiful and delicious. Fun process!

I have missed it. I was eating gluten free for YEARS. Until I tried organic flour. Turns out I was only allergic to the glysophate they spray on it. 
Lately I have been baking a lot! First sourdough though. First of many.
We ate the first slice with butter. The 2nd with garlic butter. The dessert piece had raspberry jam on it over the butter. So, so good. All of them.
I fried some of the discard (sourdough starter) with Everything Bagel Seasoning, like a pancake. It was a test to see if it would work for a pizza crust. It will! Next time I will make a pizza. Too fun.

yes, i think everybody is damaged by the glysophate- bad stuff. Why cant we get food without this

Hopefully we will get there soon. That is what made me try it. My son said he could eat anything overseas, but not here. Lightbulb moment. It was scary eating the first bun(s) I made. But no reactions. I used to get headaches. So glad I tried. Yay.
