Hi I have a whole bunch of mental health issues like, DID, PTSD, OCD, schizoaffective disorder, controlled schizophrenia, bipolar disorder type 1, ADHD type 1, and mild autism. Because of this I am not allowed to knit unsupervised ugh.

Wow that’s rough I’m sorry, I have ADHD too and its hard to do some stuff with it because Inattention 
I can never focus on a crochet project for a long time,
But even with all that it sounds silly to have someone watch you knit? just ask to be left alone while knitting
