So it doesnât seem like we can know how many free ads we can watch to actually earn gems. I watched some ads and then, at some seemingly random point, I just stopped getting gems for them even though I still got the notification that a reward was granted. Is there any way to tell when we can actually start getting gems to watch ads again or do we just have to watch ads, not yet any gems for them for a while, and hope that we can eventually start getting gems again? In other words, is it just hit or miss whether we actually get anything from watching an ad apart from knowing that we are supporting Ribblr? I canât pay but I donât mind watching ads to help out the platform. That being said, you shouldnât lead people on by promising the chance to earn free gems or telling them that they have received another gem when they will no longer actually earn any. It is very demotivating to even try to watch ads when I have no idea if it will give me a gem or not.

Just tap on your gem balance and it shows in that menu
so I it said there was an ad availiable and I clicked Itand it said there was no ad avaliable. I do have a malware protection thing could that cause it?
It always gives you a Gem, as long as an ad is available. This is currently in beta trial and weâll improve it as we go along :)

No- malware protection shouldnât be related. It may just be an ad isnât available at present or that youâve watched quite a few already.

No, my gem total doesnât go up after watching an ad. I got some free ones, but then it just stopped giving me gems. As of now, it says I can get a free gem by watching an ad, it brings the ad up, I get the countdown to the reward, it says that I got the gem, but then it doesnât actually give me another gem. Iâm hoping it resets in an hour or a day so I can get more free gems. It looks like you might have the hourly or daily ad gem limit in place but nothing to prevent the ads from being shown when that limit is reached. I understand that beta is hit or miss. Thank you for whatâs in place currently, though!

How would I send a video??? I took one and tried to send it but was them told that it wasnât an acceptable extension to include in a message. When I watched the video, everything worked ads it should for a while. I did actually get another gem after the video ended, but a fraction of a second later, the gem count went back down to what it had previously been. So the gem seems to have been correctly awarded but then it was quickly revoked. I donât think I ever would have realized that without being able to watch it more slowly in the video.
