We’re making Gems more accessible and affordable with more ways to earn Gems, and a more affordable ways to use Gems. 
1 Gem = 100 Gems 
This means if you had 9 Gems yesterday, you’ll see 900 Gems. If you had 0 it remains 0.
Gem Pattern that was worth 1 Gem yesterday, is now worth 100 Gems.
So… why are we doing this?
We are committed to making Ribblr better every single day, and more accessible to all.
Gems have become such an important part of our platform, and we want to make it easier for you to earn, save and spend Gems in more ways.
We can now give you more 
Previously, things like unfreezing your streak (if you missed a day) were simply too costly at 1 Gem. But now, unfreezing your streak will start from just 20 Gems, which is like 0.2 Gems before. You essentially save 80% of your Gems this way.
And this is just one example!
With this update, you can now use your Gems to…
- Claim Gem Patterns and Rewards - we can now make some Patterns and Rewards cost a fraction of a Gem, for example 70 Gems which is equal to 0.7 Gems before.
- Play Ribbot Run more frequently, use 5 Gems to play again
- Unfreeze your streak instead of losing it
- Claim more daily freebies above your 5 daily limit using Gems
It’s also easier to get Gems! 
Introducing Ad-Break (beta)
We also know not everyone can pay, so we are excited to introduce Ad-Break - a new way to earn Gems while supporting the growth of Ribblr.
From your Gem balance you can now watch ads and get a free Gem!
