Yeah this happens to me all the time I just have to refresh the app I’m on a iPhone 11 Pro Max?
Okay, that’s helpful thanks for letting us know! Hopefully it clears up soon!
Quite often. Yes it’s an easy fix but still annoying
If you are using ribblr on a browser this will happen. They are trying to fix this
Yes this happens to me a lot I’m on the app btw
Oh then idk I thought it was a browser thing whoops
It’s happening in the app itself
Do you use an apple device?
Yes. Happened on my iPhone and iPad.
I think I remember there being a question like this. If I’m correct Ribblr is trying to fix this when Apple responds? idk
Yes. It is an Apple WebKit issue. We are awaiting a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience- please try to reload if it happens
Alright thank you!
Can you let us know if this continues to happen to you today? @PickledSweet @ElectroFloof @Stinker @JanGray
Hasn’t happened at all today!! (I was on here a lot too)
Can all of you affected let us know if this has happened today or yesterday?
Our team has really worked hard to find a workaround until Apple fixes their WebKit bugs that affects this unwanted behavior.
Let us know if our fix worked for you!
I don’t know about the others but it hasn’t happened at all since you asked the first time for me! Thank you for working so hard to get it fixed!
