I just wanted to know some good subtle ways to express Pride without alerting a parent who is strongly against it. I am Demifluid/flux and Pansexual, but cant tell my mom. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can express my Pride without her figuring it out and getting mad?

What about a temperature blanket or something akin to that - making the temperature ranges a different color of the flag?
Or do granny squares in a rainbow variegated yarn alternating or joining with coordinating solids? If asked why - the yarn was just too pretty to pass up

You could always do a granny square bag of sorts, whether it be like a drawstring, shoulder, crossbody, whatever! But could use the preferred colors of your preferred flag choice!

I have a tapestry of it I had on my wall back in college!
my advice is to use the colors of your flag but make sure theyre not in stripes. the stripes are thi biggest givaway that its a flag. some folks assume any striped colors are a flag anyways lol and ive seen old folks mad at how woke places are over random stripes that were not associated with any flag lol.
but like for the pan flag i feel like its easy since its kinda primary colors, you can just decorate things with using that pallette.
i feel like its especially easy to hide flag colors in polka dots, camo, tie die, flowers… funky patterns like that
Hmm these colors vould make a reaaally cute plushie, ive seen people do pride flag bees, bats, cows, loaf cats, frogs, and other cutesie things. Also these colors would make a BEAUTIIFUL hibiscus flower or lily bouquet (i just like these flowers smmm) similiarly you could make these flags and pass it off as a tapestry if you do a sort of zigzag tapestry design. I have the same problem, I usually just make a bunch of flags and stuff and keep them hidden and just bring them where you know your parents, or parents friends would be. Also I think the best way to show pride is to crochet/knit little flags and stuff and leave them places and give them to friends if your into that. (NOT AT HOME)

Would doing panels hurt your brain? Like rows of hdcs in a panel, you could switch the color constantly to keep the scheme but because the color switches every round and the pallette repeats so its easier on the brain than counting every stitch but keeps it from being noticable as a flag. Similiarly the betty mcknit 6 day star blanket would make it practically unrecognizeable, as well as really any blanket pattern!
Wdym panel? Like doing a square of alternating colors? Im not sure lol.
what if you did crochet flowers in those colors and put them in a vase (displayed in your room)? i think this would be pretty subtle!

My two sisters are pansexuals, and I love their flag too !!
Yeah like you chain 120 or something and then go into each stitch then when you reach the end of the row you change colors, chain one, turn your work and go into the stitches you just made. You can make a tapestry like this or a blanket (my current project)!
maybe you could make little granny squares with the colours of the flagg
You could do a jellyfish and have all the tentacles be the different colours of your flag or smth like that? (Mine are lesbian and genderfluid btw)
