ok so remember this post?

ok so, i was working w my mom at our crafters mall which is basically a store where u pay to be a vendor and have to work at least a day. anyways so while we were working i decided to crochet a whale shark and put it with the rest of my stuff to sell it. so i made it, priced it, and put it in my booth. well guess what? that same lady who also does crochet MAKES A WHALE SHARK IN THE SAME EXACT STYLE AS MINE 3 DAYS LATER. o.m.g. this ticks me off :face_with_steam_from_nose::face_with_steam_from_nose::face_with_steam_from_nose:
so, if yall have any unique amigurumi patterns or ideas please link them in the comments and i’ll make my favs and we’ll see what this lady does. bc fr she makes the exact same thing i do if it’s a new item in my booth i swear. i am gonna make a flying squirrel!
i am not gonna say much about this lady except for she’s prob almost 40 years old having beef with me a 14 year old. and she’s military so she’s moving in december praise the lord.

that’s very frustrating she should not be doing that. maybe she’s jealous that someone younger than her can make better stuff than her? i’ll try to find some patterns real quick for you

Ex military EH? If it was me, I’d confront her saying “ you were in the military Eh?”. If she confirms I’d say” well, would you have a problem if someone claimed and dressed like they were in the military but really didn’t?”
Then point to the whale she copied “ You wouldn’t have copied this whale from another booth would you? “
I’m bold like that, when you get older not only can you see the BS you won’t put up with it either.
I worked with veterans for 25 years in the VHA, and another vet would definitely call this person on the carpet.

no she’s not ex military she is currently in the military but actually i think her husband is military not her. i’m pretty bold like that too but i know that competition breeds excellence and she’s insecure because a person decades younger then her is better then her.
