Hey uhh I have been trying to post patterns and other stuff but rn I just need some support my dad and my grandma both are trying to make me feel bad because I am gay saying I should kill myself my mom and my aunt both have cancer stage 1 and 4 so I just wanted to update you why I haven’t posted any patterns that I promised so I hope soon I can post patterns even though only like two people may read this thx for patience

Oh no!! Thats horrible! I hope the cancer goes away and they heal and that your family is nicer to you about being gay. There’s nothing wrong with it.
Look on the bright side of things, if thats making stuff for people or yourself or if thats drawing, or just cuddling stuffed animals if you need to. Its gonna be alright and theres hope through everything. Even cancer.
I lost a grandma to cancer so I know the feeling, just dont lose hope for them.
And dont worry about posting patterns, take as much time as you need. ^^

Hi Izzy! My only advice to young LGBT members is to keep the info to themselfes. Old people with homophobia will not likely change and you’re too young to handle that kind of pressure. Tell them you’re “cured” or what ever bs they want to hear and make amends with your family.
I hope your mom and untie gets well soon!

Baby people suck and sometimes they are our own family members and we cant choose who we are related to, but to heck with them.. we love u, friends are just the family members to got to choose. So dont let them get to you.

Prayers for your Mom and Aunt . I hope they find a medication to help them. Or a very long remissions.
A lot of us are trying to understand with our family members being gay. Our niece married a lady now wants to be a man. I’m trying my best to support both of them. It isn’t my choice but theirs
Here’s praying that your dad and grandma will stop with the hateful comments. If you go to church talk to your Pastor they can help, talk with your teacher you trust, or council staff.
No matter what we believe no one deserves to be told to die. I know it has happened to me by my family members.
Prove them wrong make something out of yourself. I know it is hard but if you can leave the room when they start. I know your mom is sick. Yet can’t she talk to them? Or anyone else in your family.
Your not the first gay person and you won’t be the last. I don’t know if I said it right. I told my niece I loved her more than her being gay. That is her business not mine. I’m really trying to support her when she will let me. To be honest I don’t think she could have found a man that is better than the wife she chose. We think of her as our niece too
May God help you to see you are worth living for. You have you future ahead of you. To prove to everyone I’m worth living for myself. That I can make anything out of my life. With or without their love.
Get a good education and then you won’t have to depend on your dad for anything.

Ignore them. There’s nothing wrong with being gay! How can they just tell you to kill yourself? Dont listen to them! Focus on designing your patterns and the people who make you happy! And I hope your mom and aunt beat cancer!

Not all Christians are homophobic. Actually, most of them aren’t. There are 2 churches I live near, and both have some variation of a rainbow sign that says everyone is welcome. Catholics tend to be more against LGBTQIA+ from what I’ve heard, but again, not all of them are (and I’m not religious so don’t quote me on this)

I am not homophobic, I just want all sinners (including myself) to follow Christ, I do not fear, hate, or wish bad things on anyone, and it is awful to me that there are people who think it’s ok to hate on and even injure others for any reason, there is no good reason!! (Matt. 5:44, “But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,”)
I love everyone and it’s so sad to me that not everyone believes in Christ and follows the bible!
