It is. I am a freelance maker/tester for a well known yarn brand and before doing any work you have to sign a NDA. I never thought I would have to do that in the world of crochet but I totally understand why it’s a thing. Protecting Intellectual property is so important. And as a designer I get how important it is as it’s so easy to have work stolen.
