So I recently went on a yarn haul and got this looped yarn bc if the texture and colours. But as soon as I grabbed my hooks, I realised that I actually don’t understand how to use the looped yarn lol
I decided to just start on a different project and think about it later.. That was 3 days ago-
So if anyone has any tips on how the heck to use it, that would be appreciated!!
- yarn is from TESCO(I’m not from the US or UK so I’m not familiar with this brand either lol)

I think it’s meant for hand knitting, not crochet. So you pull the loops through each other to make a blanket I think.

omg i have the EXACT THING i started when i was pretty young so yea it basically only for blankets and my favorite type it the cross ones but if you want to crochet with it you can cut of the loops and use it as yarn :3 i hope that helps a bit!

Tysm cuz I was rlly confused on how it would work if it’s already looped lol
Ig I’ll just keep it until I find a good use for it or a pattern that works with it

You can crochet with it you just CANT no matter what you do grab one of the loops with your hook.
U have to make your own loops like you would usually do.
Would it make a good rug? I just thought of that when I saw it.
You don’t use needles! You just use your hands
Ohh so I can make something lol?
(was thinking of making a gift for someone with it that’s why I got it lol)
You can use hooks but you’d have to grab the actual stand of yarn (not the loops) They are made for hand crocheting/knitting. I actually made a star blanket out of like 7 skeins lol.
