Haiii everybody it’s Eri again!
So basically our school does a connect four tournament every year. The winner of each class vs off in a grand showdown against each other IN FRONT OF FHE WHOLE SCHOOL. And somehow, somehow, ERI has gotten herself into that situation.
See, I am not good at connect four. Like, at all. ( I once lost via a vertical row, four on top of each other). But somehow I beat everyone in the class and am gonna play in the school tournament.
So I need tips. Is there a certain strategy to use? Maybe a way to trap someone? I need your help!
I don’t even wanna win. I just don’t wanna make a fool if myself in front of the entire school.

Just always look around and make sure for no traps and you can do this I wish I could be there cause du love connect four!

Watch what the other player is doing. Look at their moves and think
if I went there how would they react? Could I block them here and then make 4 in a row?

i am so sorry TvT my pecie of advice is to always look around the bored thing to make sure the enemy doesnt have a hidden thingy :)

heeeeey, i would really take my time to think, not rush through the turns, kinda like chess: nice and slow and easy

Ooh if you play chess think about connect 4 as something similar

REMEMBER you can use diagonals. Also start multiple little things you can do if you get blocked and when you start decide if you’re gonna be offense or defense but make sure you’re looking for your opponent trying to be sneaky. Thats all I got hope it helps!

Guys an Update!!
I lost on the first round (sad) but it’s ok cause I didn’t humiliate myself! I played well and lost only cause of a double trap! I hate those lol. Thanks for all your ideas :)
