I can’t seem to access/ contact/ private message my friends over Ribblr, I can post at them but not message them. they also have a chat function on their homepage but I don’t . I am only new on this website and have no idea how to fix it. I am not a shop owner and I think that is the only difference between our accounts, Please help!!!

OK, So it turns out to get the Chat function on your new account you have to read a couple of other posts, for about 15 minutes and then your’e awarded a Badge and some additional functions. Thanks for everything xxxxx

Thanks I’d recommend taking the users tutorials, you can earn some of the badges that way PM Ribbot I think that’s how to have it start the tutorial
