My amazing granddaughter just made her first pattern. She put it out as a mystery. I signed up to test for it. I was showing her how to assign testers when I saw that Ribblr says I have 88 Karma and did not complete 7 tests! I have always, always finished all the tests I have ever been chosen for. I have always finished them early! Next day early a lot of the time. Why is it saying I havenāt completed patterns when I have journal entries and comments for everything!

I have had to message people about some testers. One of my first testers ever that I sihgnd up for- they never marked as tested but that person claimed they did not know how to.. 
(The mini whale) is my tester I never got marked for testing. :(

Sometimes people donāt gift you the pattern correctlyā¦ And then you donāt get the karma

Iāve had this happen to me for EVERY test Iāve done. Iāve had to send my journal every time. Now I may be not pushing some button when Iām done but good grief. Everytime?!!

The help center shows a lot of things for the designer running a test but doesnāt seem to show anything from the testerās perspective. Clicking around I did find something, but it is primarily written for the designer and only has a few comments for the testers themselves

So first and foremost that is still a great percentage! I would not have any issue accepting you based on those numbers.
As for why, it is possible the designer gifted you the pattern through their shop (the old way) instead of through the testing tab. Were you gifted every pattern? Do all of your tested makes say tested? Have you ever had to remove a pattern from your testing tab?

No, not all my tests say tested. Most of them do. And I did have to remove one about three months after I finished, the designer would never respond back to me.
