For the ‘wrong’ tester calls, I see a lot of people that will just say ‘I need testers for this pattern in my shop, go get the pattern if you want to test’ or they do it without a link. Maybe if there were some sort of restriction that could help people know that they need to post tester calls through their shop? When you create a testing topic, it does say ‘did you read the testing guidelines’ but that doesn’t really stop people from doing it wrong. 
I’m not really sure I have ideas of what those restrictions should be though, usually I just tell people to post it through their shop and they re-post, which isn’t that big of a deal.
