Hello,
I do diving (like off the diving board) and recently, I learnt a new dive where I need my back to bend backwards so I need to get more flexible. I have natural straight posture and it hurts a little bit if I bend it for too long… honestly, my back is like a brick wall and will not budge.
So, are there any sorts of stretches I can do to get my back more flexible by around mid April??? Please comment what you think!
