I’m not calling anyone out but if this is you fix it. I’ve done tests and about the last 3 or so that I did there’s no gc for. I enjoy doing tests I really do but I’d appreciate if ALL of them had a gc.
Why do test hosts not do gc? Like how am I supposed to test and give you feedback if you’re not gonna make a gc? Imo it’s so frustrating. Then the tester feedback button doesn’t even work I think the gc should be a requirement just like saying that the pattern is yours is.
Am I making this a bigger deal than it needs to be or do you agree?
I have been in this situation, and not once, and it really was quite irritating. I feel like those test hosts are rather new to Ribblr, and they haven’t totally figured out how to use this app. Instead of getting frustrated, maybe we could lend a hand, and explain to them how everything here works, and our Community would grow to be a warmer and more pleasant place :)
It’s so much more efficient. I wish it were just automatic. I don’t see why a designer would want the same notification about a problem from every tester.
That would be nice, but I’ve suggested group chats to some designers and mentioned some of the benefits and gotten responses like “I don’t want to bother with that.”
