What does it mean when testers ask you to make a journal for their pattern? I’m really interested in being a tester!

It means they usually want you to upload a picture and leave a little ‘review’ in the journal tab on the pattern’s page.
The review can be something as simple as “the pattern is cute and quick to make”, and what yarn/hook size you used (if you used one different from the original pattern picture)
