Hmm… Draw, crochet(lol), go on a bike ride, watch a show, make cookies, read a book, write something, make a list of random things… This is what I usually do when Im bored!

Listening and trying to make a dance for the song you are listening to, could help, I guess. That’s what I do when I’m bored 
When I’m bored:
Listen to music
dance (u don’t even need a song, just move your body!!)
exercise/ meditation
doom scroll on media
EAT (trust me it helps… ALOT 
, sorry I just love to eat)
draw
watch a show
sleeping helps clear your head too
