Hi yall! I have a question. Ever since I’ve been on ribblr, adding a photo to my journals doesn’t work. Every time I add one the app crashes. And when I open it again the photo is still not there. I don’t know if this has to do with what phone I have (I have a Samsung galaxy not and iPhone) or what. Can someone help?
I also have a Samsung galaxy phone and this happens to me from time to time. Usually I just refresh the app and try again, most the time that fixes it. It gets annoying though.. Hopefully ribblr can find the problem!
YES!! I HAVE EMAILED RIBBLR MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT THIS!!! I even made my own post in support!!! And the issue has never been fixed!! I also have a Samsung Galaxy!!
But im able to upload photos, I just cant take the photo and upload it so its so much harder for making patterns and journals and stuff
And when I refresh, it still doesn’t work
looks like this is a common problem with samsung galaxies-i shall tag ribblr in hopes of getting their attention and potentially fixing this problem!
