Why does it cost more gems to unfreeze your streak now?
It technically doesn’t!
Since the new gem update (which made 1 gem = 100 gems), you’re now actually paying 0.2 gems compared to the 1 gem from before to unfreeze your streak :D
Previously, things like unfreezing your streak (if you missed a day) were simply too costly at 1 Gem. But now, unfreezing your streak will start from just 20 Gems, which is like 0.2 Gems before. You essentially save 80% of your Gems this way.
