Hey, these are just words that I thought of, yall can add in the comments if you want, or just like and move on. Just thought I’d share em. 
Here they are:
Don’t be afraid to take up space.
Height does not determine success.
It’s okay to take a break, whether it’s for mental health or you’re just tired.
Just because you don’t get it the first time or as fast as the others doesn’t make you a failure.
You are beautiful/handsome in your own right.
Everyone deserves a place on this earth.
Just because someone says you won’t make it doesn’t mean that they’re right, prove them wrong.
Be creative, whether it’s through crafting, drawing, writing, making music, singing to yourself, etc. you have it in you.
Don’t be afraid to cry.
You are strong.
Just because you need rest does not make you weak.
It’s okay to be quiet.
You don’t have to be overly nice if you don’t feel like it.
Ignore the haters.
