Ok, don’t get me wrong, homework isn’t exactly my go to and I don’t necessarily enjoy it.
However…. Something about studying for a while, while drinking some coffee, and in a hoodie, it just has a nice feel to it, and it makes me feel productive, and I lowkey spend way to much time on my phone so it keeps me distracted from that
Well I guess it’s probably also a bit different for me because I’m homeschooled, so it’s not like I come home from school and then have to do even more school!
By that logic you would be a cereal pourer. Milk is baby food. Just like the egg has nourishment for the growing baby inside if fertilization occurred on the farm.
Why do you say “well I’m homeschooled?” I wonder if my kids feel the same about stuff? They are incredibly busy kids in their activities playing soccer, taking dance, karate (includes government aka public schooled kids as well as homeschoolers which is school so don’t downplay it also not speaking ill of public school I call it that because of the primary source of funding is government funding. I was public schooled and my mom and other family memvers are public school teachers. The public school is needed and serves its purpose ),homeschoolers theater classes …..in addition to their co-op classes each semester. They also go on field trips, dances, parties planned through the co-op and ………and so much more then there’s our regular every day schooling.
But they still may feel the same way where they may tell people, I’m just homeschooled and feel they don’t know stuff. Now I wonder
Also this is not an attack. As an AuDHD person I am often misunderstood online. This is purely out of curiosity and I just am curious why . If you don’t want to answer I understand or if it is personal or offensive I understand and I apologize. I truly mean no offense. As a homeschooling mom who was public schooled and private schooled I do not have that homeschooled kid experience. I noticed it and wondered why you say it and just maybe my kids feel similar to you or maybe it’s just a turn of phrase for you and it’s nothing to bring up to my kids and they will just stare at me like my head turned into a fish spontaneously.
