Hi everyone:) In the past week, i’m sure all of you have seen a lot of originality posts. For this reason, I will be taking down my Adela the axolotl pattern as there are tons of axolotl patterns already up on Ribblr and countless other websites. I will also be adjusting my dango and maki pattern to just be a maki pattern, as there are countless dangos but less makis. There will be more patterns on the way, but I’m not really a full time designer so it will probably be a while. Thank you, have a great day!

I don’t feel that you need to take any patterns out of your shop! The originality posts was more geared towards the testing zone patterns. Everyone should feel free to have whatever patterns they want in their shop. Just the “very easy” patterns and ones that are a lot of don’t need to be tested.

I second this! recently a few other ribblr regulars and I have been seeing a lot of repeated patterns in the testing zone, and there’s been a ton of common ones like scrunchies and whales/octos. we were mostly intending the originality post towards that audience!

aw you dont need to take any patterns out! i think it was mostly directed towards new designers coming up with the same whales, bees, and stuff like that
